Foundation repair is one of the largest bills a Texas homeowner can face, and one of the hardest to shop for. Texas does not license foundation repair companies. No company in Tyler publishes its prices. Permit rules change at every city line, and most of what is written about Texas foundations describes Dallas clay, not East Texas ground.

What we do, and what we do not do
We are not a foundation repair company. We do not inspect houses, design repairs or do the work. When you call or send the form, we pass your request to one independent foundation repair company that works in your area. That company visits, gives you its own estimate, and does the work under its own contract and warranty. You are never obliged to hire it.
