Who we are
Piney Woods Foundation Repair (pineywoodsfoundationrepair.com) is operated by Marketing Doctor LLC. We are not a foundation repair company. We publish consumer information and pass requests from homeowners to independent local foundation repair companies. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- What you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, town, what is going on with the house, any message you add, the page you sent it from, and your consent choice.
- Calls to our phone number: our call tracking provider records the number you call from, the time and length of the call, and a recording of the call. Callers hear a notice that the call is recorded.
- Website use: pages viewed, the general location of your device (city level), the browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site, collected through Google Analytics, which the site loads through Cloudflare Zaraz. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps technical logs, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form was sent by a person rather than a bot.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers or health information.
How we use it
We use your request to put you in touch with one independent foundation repair company that serves your area, and to confirm the request reached them. That company may call or text you about your request if you agreed to that on the form. We also use website and call data to understand which pages help people and to keep the site working and free of spam.
Who we share it with
- One independent foundation repair company that serves your area. It receives your request so it can contact you. Companies that receive requests through this site may pay Marketing Doctor LLC a fee. The company’s own privacy practices apply to what it does with your details.
- Service providers that run parts of the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security, the Turnstile spam check, and Zaraz, which loads Google Analytics), Google (Google Analytics, and the Google Workspace tools where form requests are stored and emailed to us) and CallRail (call tracking and recording). They process data on our behalf.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
We do not sell lists of homeowners, and we do not send your request to more than one foundation company.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests and call records for as long as we need them to follow up on your request and to keep business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
- To stop texts from a company, reply STOP to its message.
- To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected]. We will answer within 45 days.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The site works without them, though some statistics will not be recorded.
Children
This site is meant for adults who own or are buying a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. Our terms of use explain how the site and the connection service work.
